Big and Little Pet Peeves

* I think I mentioned this in some post before, but I also hate "hummingbird lollies". Little old ladies who try to "hover" over a toilet seat someplace and pee all over it because they are germaphobes-- and leave the restroom without mopping up after themselves. Lord knows we have scads of the evil creatures here. . . . .

I used to have a nozzle on my truck that would spray over the top of my truck and onto any vehicle tailgating behind me. I used to go through a gallon of fluid a week around here, and I would just get the most innocent and suprised look then I would flood the vehicle behind me. I hate tailgaters, and I keep a very large slider hitch on my truck just for them, and it helps remind folks to stay back just a bit more. A tail gater caused me to get a really bad concussion, and messed up one of my trucks when I was younger, and considering most in AZ, DONT have car insurance, I use all deterrants at my legal disposal.

I hate hate HATE it when people use the word 'fag' or 'faggot' or say something like 'thats so gay'.

I hate bad drivers. With a passion.

I hate spoiled kids. And go figure I live one of the richest counties in the world. IM SURROUNDED!

Yep, my pet peeve has to be the moms who don't know how to effectively control their kids when they have them out. When my daughter was 2, I was having some behavior issues with her when I'd be out at the store or wherever. It became pretty clear it was a bid for attention. So my mom and I started carpooling for our errands. When Miss Kaitlynn would start to act up, one of us immediately took her to the car and firmly told her that she had to behave while shopping or she couldn't be in the store. Kaitlynn has always hated to 'miss' anything so we only had to remove her from a store once or twice. It worked great!

Ahhhhhh!!!! That's my pet peeve!!!
It is completely unnecessary for kids to run around screaming and getting into things. Why aren't their parents watching them?!!?!?!?
We were at the zoo the other day and parents must think it's a playground they don't have to pay attention at.
If you were looking at an exhibit these little ones would just run right in front of you and start hollering and pointing and going crazy, no respect or manners. I know the zoo is exciting for kids but honestly, that doesn't make it OK to let them act like that.

one of my little pet peeves is when people have garage sale signs and they don't write the DATE on them...they'll post "GARAGE SALE This Saturday" and forget to take the signs down (or they're too lazy or something) Then you drive by and there's no garage sale.

Which Saturday do you mean!

Whew, I agree with all of these pps. I can relate totally to Asher. I deliver mail too.

PP: People who think all dead end roads lead to a dumping zone or party zone.

I live at a dead end road. People don't realize that someone might live at end of the road. They block the road, sometimes leaving the vehicle(s) behind. I've had to call the sheriff to come look for the person(s) or have the vehicle towed away.

Dead end roads are not a place to dump your trash, drug paraphernalia or unwanted animals. We have had cats, dogs and chickens dumped on us.

My pet peeve, if I had to pick one is politically correctness

Thank you.

My one pet peeve is people who complain about what other people do, as pet peeves.
Everyone is "effed up" in some way...
