Big bald spot behind head

[My 3 week old duckling Bubbles has a big bald sport on his back where her head/neck touches his body. It looks just like she got stitches. Is there something special I should do or take any precautions?

Are there any other ducks or chickens around? If so, I suspect one is pecking at him.

There is one other duckling, Daffy, who was born on the same day. I've never seen daffy peck Bubbles, but often see Bubbles pecking Daffy
