Welcome To BYC

Looks like Penny has a scab on the front of her leg too.
I'd treat it like you are doing. Apply just a thin layer of triple antibiotic ointment to both scabs before you wrap.
Do unwrap and check those daily. Give it a few days and see if the scabs are healing/improving.
If not, then swab daily with Chlorhexidine and leave unwrapped to let them dry up.

Thank you so much I have been doing that and spraying with veterycn should I let air get to for a few days? It’s hard as a rock but doesn’t seem to bother her. No limping and still eating/ drinking and laying eggs

I wouldn't let it dry out.
If possible, apply a little oil or ointment around the interior edges of the crusty material.
Don't try to pull/force it off, it's stuck to the tissue and will bleed. Patience, treatment and time will hopefully help this resolve.
