Big butt?

Hey guys. So, for the past 4 days I noticed my one hens pouch is big and feels a little solid. She also walks slower but when she runs she's pretty fast. She eats normal, and still chases treats, and even pecks at the others still. I thought she could be egg bound so I did the egg bound soak. It's still the same today. And her poop is still normal. She is pretty big as well. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Or is she just a big girl.
Btw I recently lost a hen so I am extremely paranoid.
