Check out my big egg. It was a double egger!! The first one was soft shelled and this one was soft in spots but remained in tact.

My light sussex started laying eggs in the last three weeks. She started with small eggs. First 4 where normal and hard shelled.
Then this week she had a double yoker. Next two were small. Yesterday another double size and today was HUGH! OMG!!!
I feel bad for that poor girl. Hopefully she will get back to normal.
I am enjoying theses chickens. They are like our buddies!!

Hi all,
After getting 12 eggs in my first week since my EE's started laying I was met with this yesterday morning. Glad I'm not the hen that laid that!
