You can Google 'vitamin deficiency in chicks' and see. Sounds like B2 or B12 or E would be good.

what kind should I use?
I've seen people use the Nature Made brand, crushed up in water.

I prefer to use vitamin B complex tablets crushed or grated into some food (1/4 tablet daily for one chicken.) That has all B vitamins and is hard to overdose. When the product has electrolytes, if used more than a few days, can give diarrhea. As long as he is eating, he shouldn’t need electrolytes, but the B vitamins are very good for legs and may help appetite. Brand does not matter-B complex or super B complex.

I do like to use vitamins with electrolytes such as the one you pictured, or some Poultry Cell, but when they no longer need the electrolytes, you can still give the vitamins.
