The latest is he is down there now waiting for approval on a $12,000 student loan. That is good. I will look at the FAFSA site tonight at home.

I would not let him get that loan. thats insane. student loans are dangerous endeavors.

It went well - he got the loan - for one year, I was wrong earlier. I haven't spoken to my mother. My son said she kept saying "Debi hates me".

No, just sick of being screamed at. I am just glad that my son is back in school and working towards his dream.

My family is emotionally toxic. I haven't seen parents in 11 years now...sometimes you have to trim the family tree down to a shrub so it can regrow healthy again.
