Hurt my back Thursday hauling the trash up to the road - so I'm out of commission and glad I have some great leftovers and rolls in the freezer. Sorry I don't have some really snazzy thing going today, but in honor of Valentine's Day I am reposting this. It's fast, easy and oooohhhh sooo good. I swear you could open a Bed and Breakfast with this one.

I've got to go feed the chickens and work in my garden then I'm coming in and making this. Man does this sound good!!! Can't wait to try it.

Edited to add.... OK, it's 1:00pm and the cake is in the oven.... Had to make a few subs, but if the cake is even half as good as the batter it's going to be heavenly.

I didn't have any Pippin apples so I used Delicious.
I didn't have any orange juice so I used 1 tablespoon Mexican vanilla and 1 tablespoon of water.
I didn't have any walnuts so I used pecans.
