Ok that was one I thought was a blue laced wyandotte shell ( no longer think that). If I had to guess I'm still going with delaware though I think I'm getting darker eggs than that from the Delawares. Let me know how she feathers out :)

Sure will! One of the darker ones is pipped under the broody and I have another one in what I think is maybe the BLRW since shell is light brown, peeping internally in the bator. More pics to come!!

Here are the newest hatches, that hatched this morning from two blue eggs and a dark brown egg. Still more coming!! :)

This one has feathered legs..well fuzzy legs

Kizanna, sorry to overload your sale post, but I just wanted to share that out of the dozen eggs I ordered 12 hatched!! So, out of 16 eggs I got 12! That is an amazing hatch rate on shipped eggs! Thank you so much for these adorable babies!!!

Camilyn those are some beautiful chicks. The fuzzy leg is a Marans mix and should lay a dark brown egg. Not as dark as a pure black copper marans but the one we let grow up and stay here is a nice dark brown.

Yay!! I have two fuzzy legged ones...one the fuzzy on it's legs is yellow. Very cool!! I'm very pleased and love these babies! I'm pretty sure Ill have at least a couple blues as well. Oh I did want to ask, do you have any pics of your BLRW chicks? I have 2 with the flat comb that came from light brown eggs, but are black w yellow...they all kind of look alike just markings in different place on these adorable chicks.

I haven't hatched any BLRW yet this year. I didn't know the boys and girls were working until a couple weeks ago. Have some in the bator. I'll dig around photobucket when I get home to see if I can find last years chicks.
