Birchen modern game bantams

Hello,

I have two questions. First, I found a pair of game bantams and was wondering if it is alright to keep a male and female together. I knkw generally you want a ratio of one male to a bunch of females depending on breed, but would it be okay to just have one and one?
Also, is there anywhere I can buy birchen modern game bantams? I have been wanted them for years and would like to show them in 4h.

You can keep them in pairs, I do with my bantams. I think the larger recommendations are to keep the peace between roosters and also certain breeds can be more damaging to the hens. Modern Games are light so I wouldn't worry about that. Also, putting a location on your profile can help people give you breeder recommendations.
