Hi all,
I have been wanting to get my quail NPIP tested, but some of my males are sometimes mean to my females and pick feathers out of there back. So on occasion my birds are missing a large portion of feathers on there back, and I am worried that if that is what happens just before the tester comes I won't get certified or I will have to kill all my birds. And if that is the case I would like to know that before hand so I don't call someone out. Also as I was reading it said everything had to be clean, but to what extent? Does it have to be clean well or does it have to be some sort of spotless hospital.
