Birds in the snow- Pic heavy

That d'Uccle girl looks just like one of ours... in fact, I called my son over and told him someone had stolen Daisy (she's his girl) and I had a photo to prove it. He wants to know if yours runs about 100 mph like his.

The roo is quite studly!

I like my D'uccles. It's all Chellester's fault that we have them. She is the evil D'uccle lady. I have a trio of those and they are some of the only birds "without a purpose" allowed to live here.

Awe Jared they're beautiful! Look at all those silkies - HEY LOOK OVER THERE!! *stuffing her pockets again*

Ok everyone.....I couldn't find the pic of Buster laying on the couch cuddling his bird but I did find the one he sent me in a frame of him and his wife with their silkie. The bird was not impressed at all so Jared had to kinda put his arm over it to keep it still (at least that's the story I got). Nice looking silkie Buster, very nice!

Don't let Jared tell you that he doesn't LOVE silkies. He does! Very much! When I was at Busters house a few weeks ago I got to talkin to his neighbor and he told me that he has seen Buster go out to his coop in the middle of the night to coo to his silkies. I thought it was really weird but, HEY! We love Buster anyways right?

I really like the dog. She's been a great dog with my kids. That's the best pic I've ever been able to take of her- she had just been playing in the snow and then jumped up and looked at the ducks who were carrying on playing in the water- They must have startled her or something.

I always send my boys out with the dog when they go outside. She doesn't let anything happen to her two little buddies.
