Seems to be associated with the area where the shaft comes out of the leg.
They are not all affected, usually only one................then sometimes another
NOTE, the "RIRs" I have never ever show blood spots on legs...
hence my question as to whether this is a 'feather-leg' issue and NOT mites at all.
