If it was coccidiosis Sulmet Sulfamethazine Sodium 12.5% drinking water solution would work.

You know, it can take a while for the diarrhea to go away after worming them, I have found. I would feed them some plain unsweetened yogurt and some scrambled eggs to try to boost them up.

Also I would consider bringing them inside or giving them some heat if it is very cold and they are acting cold just temporarily so they can recover.

I would also consider checking another fecal sample to see if the worms are gone. Sometimes these worms are just so hard to get rid of.
