Yea thats about all you can do with the crazy feedback you get about these sellers. How about we trade info about the sellers and maybe we can come up with a decent breeder between the two of us.

I ordered 48 Butler,48 Texas A&M and 60 Jumbo Browns from BJ in texas on Feb 20th,,He told me at that time it would be a 3 week wait, fine with me,,but just remembered this week, that the eggs should have already been shipped to me,,so last night I checked the calender,,26 days had passed,,,so I sent an e-mail to him,and no reply back as of today. To me,a promise,,is just that,,he told me 3 weeks,,and I'm sure he won't ship tomorrow or Sunday,,so that is 4 weeks,,not 3 as told when my money was sent. I have several dozen of Marans eggs that was not shipped to me late last fall because of the cold spell we had very early, and I'm wanting to eun my bator all at once and hatch the marans the same timeframe,,then hide the incubator a few days until the ornamental pheasants starts laying hopefully the end of April,,
What really gets a fire hot under my butt right now,is on e-bay now,he is selling all 3 of the varieties I bought from him,the longest time remaining on any of his e-bay auctions is 1 day,14 hrs,,you would think he would send me my eggs first,,instead of selling on e-bay right now?? Or am I just in the wrong elevator on this one?

you might try asking him to weigh a bird for you and see how that goes

You sound like your speaking from experience!!!!

I E-mailed him again last night, asking why he was selling the same varieties of eggs he had sold to me, that were for immediate shipment,,and not sent my eggs yet. Still no reply this morning, but I did ask for a full refund if he does not plan to send me the eggs on Monday,,timing was kinda critical for these,as my ornamental pheasants will start laying next month, and I wanted the bator to be empty by then,,,I guess I'll wait and see what he will,or will not do,,

One of those came from me. Eggs in a plastic carton with 1 papertowel laid on top. The CARTON was wrapped in bubble wrap, but the whole box sounded like a maraca when I picked it up. 17 of 96 were broken, some in half. I e-mailed him and he said "oh well, I guess I'm out feedback again". $83.00 is not a casual purchase for me. I would have filed neutral feedback if he had not just blown it off

This is some of the same behavior I experienced close to 2 yrs ago... Then he was only selling on ebay under texas poultry? I believe. Personally I always wonder when a seller switches names. I know things change as well as individual wants and desires, but I also know companies will change to a new name when they have tarnished the old 1 bad enough too....

I agree. I added a new seller name, but I should have just stuck with the old (still active) one, but a family member uses it too and I didn't want messages going astray

Okay, after some time and e-mailing,bj said he would ship out my eggs this week,,got a call from the Post Office yesterday they had a big box for me,,so I hustled in and got the box,let it sit inside overnight and around noon today, unpacked it.Out of 48 texas A&M's,2 were broken,,out of the 48 Butlers,,3 were broken, and of the 60 Jumbo Browns,,4 eggs were broken. Packing was done pretty good,,all eggs in plastic 2 dozen trays,,with cotton surrounding the smaller Butler eggs,,all containers was taped shut, and the big box had plenty of packing inside,,only adjustment I would have made would be to put the eggs in the middle of the big box, adding padding under and above them,,they came all packed on the very bottom of the box. This has screwed up my scheduled chicken eggs coming in this week,,40 FBC's,,24 Wheaton Marans,,and about 30 Black Langshans from Harvey Noels award winning flock,if these eggs would have been shipped on the wait time he first told me,they would all be hatched by now,,way it is, I now have 1 7/8 empty trays to use for the chicken Eggs,,I can only squeeze about 48 eggs per tray,I hate manually turning eggs,,put in a bottom hatching tray..
