Beth and Rip. Kinda like Scarlett and Rhett with LOTS of super bad language and worse behavior.... like WAAAAAY worse. If she looks like she has been beat up and then blown up, it is because she has. If it looks like he would rather throw you off a cliff rather than have to talk to you it is because he would. IDK... I think these little hedge Hogs must be trouble.

Well today wasa bit milder so I had the gang minus the broody bunch and Sophia (the great pretender) who was laying an egg (for real this time haha), out on Mount Poopmore. Not sure what they were finding but they were enjoying it!

Black Acres since we can't watch Y anymore for a year. You should fill in gap with Beth and Rip drama. Plz? lol

How goes the weather out your way Black Acres? Doing ok with the winter freeze so far? Ground hog day yesterday, we apparently are to have an early spring here, guess by mid March should be nice ha! Isn't that 6 weeks away anyways???

Hi long lost gang! Is it spring yet?!
I have a friend who got out of the breeding business a few years ago. I have bought trays in his incubator a few times when doing a bigger hatch than my little bator could do. Just on a whim I asked if he would be interested in selling his cabinet incubator after I filled my 20 bator yesterday. He said yes! I mentioned it to DH and he got all kine upset with me and we went a little round and round. I think it is his control issues (and parenting a spouse issues ) anywho, I think I am going to pull a blackacre (coined phrase) or a Beth's mom and just get the thing and let the chips fall. I'm trying not to be upset with dh, though I see his logic, I see mine more.
Anywho, I have 3 awesome and empty brooders, 2 empty rooter pens... I'm thinking I more than have this. It's a sweet deal and it is my $$. So... think it is a done deal.

Even after sharing... so, I loaded up ol... (don't have a name) and she is in my closet lol.

Good for you TB!! Can't wait to see all the cute little babies I have spent much of my life wishing I could find a group of people that I truly feel I can connect to...I like a lot of things and enjoy a lot of people, but I have never felt a full blown obsession for any of it nor like I had met kindred spirits that feel the same way I do...until I found chickens!! Chicken people might just be the best people hehe. This thread is full of awesome chicken people and it makes me so happy!
