How long till theses birds are full grown and able to slaughter

I just did some of my Blk Aust mixes last weekend, they were between 16-18 weeks. Mine were all roos and dressed out right about 4#. Mine had been free ranging plus had free choice flock raiser.

There meaty enough at 14 weeks my hens seem a little on the small side ar 17 weeks

mine were 19 weeks or so, and while they were big birds, they were not filled out enough (meaning there was a large frame, the muscles hadn't filled in well enough, yet)
