Black Australorp hen or roo???

I bought a single black australorp from our farm and garden store. Was supposed to be a hen but now I'm not so sure. Early in the morning it sounds like it's trying to crow (around the same time our other rooster does). I don't know much about this breed but tell me what gender you think it is. Here's a picture (don't mind the turkey in the background).

If that's the right age then it is a definite cockerel.

If the tail feathers curl over it is a roo. I have 2 myself
