Black Australorp not laying yet

I also have a mixed flock of 5 pullets, slightly over 6 months old, and one of the two black australorps still isn't laying. She is super sweet and loves to be petted and held so I can't be too mad at her!

My australorps started around 19 weeks. They have always been excellent layers for me. They are a little older now (2.5), just went through a molt and I'm pretty sure one is an internal layer, but I haven't gotten an egg in months now. I'm hoping the other two get back into business pretty soon. I would be nice to get at least one a week out of the 3 of them.

I have a question my Australorp hasnt layed in a year she is about almost 4 yrs old last egg I got from her was in June of 2020 She is at the bottom of pecking order I have 3 and mama hen picks at her but she sticks by her side for some reason. Mama hen has her own coop but Frankie always sleeps with her I dont know why cause mama is mean to her I feed them really good pellets and I also give Mash but she wont lay Thank June
