State regulations might, but I have never shipped live fowl before.

Im sorry to dissapoint you Little but Ive changed my mind about sellig the roosters. I will be closing this classified. But i did figure out how to pay with Paypal! all you have to do is go to paypal and send money to an email or phone number. Hope this helps you in your quest to find some roos!
