Black chick feathered feet

Yeh he had huge spurs. And he actually had a normal comb, he just got some frost bite. And his tail was a dark blue. He was a real pretty rooster. We've had the Polish rooster since April 24th but my understanding is hens can hold a Roos sperm for a week or so. So it could be either of them.

Well, You'll be sure if either a crest does or does not pop up. Does the chick have a visible comb? If the old roo and the cochin are the parents, the chick would have a regular single comb, if it's not visible yet it then the Polish may be the father.
