I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure you have Black Jersey Giants. They could be a mix of some sort though...you already know the person who sold them is unscrupulous, so there's no telling.

But aren't JG supposed to have orange feet bottoms ? Mine does

My BA in the middle 9 months and to the left my BJG 3 months . Idk how big they get but she's already pretty good sized .

I think they can get to up around 12lbs. They're not super tall, just heavy. They're a meat breed.

Ok, so what injustice read, jersey giants have yellow underfoot? These chicks definitely dont. They have light pink/white.

I just saw a couple of post on here where their black australorps did have white tips that fell out before a year old. Fingers crossed that's what mine are.

Ok we may not be certain about the breed but you will definitely get a shade of brown eggs lol ugh I really dislike when people don't even know what they are selling.
