Black Copper Marans chicks

Yes, they are blue.. the ad listed them as Blue Mirchen Marans
I called the lady who is selling them and she said she has black one's as well and save's the egg shell from which they hatch if I want to check them out.....
I think I will... I am curious

I'm also looking for a few Black Copper Marans Chicks, but I would only want Pullets. I live in Central WI and would be willing to drive to find quality Chicks, I only want them for pets and for organic eggs. The breed is fascinating. I've been reading everything I can and trying to learn about the breed. Does anyone know of any Black Copper Breeders in the Midwest?
