I that case I would think it to be as a result of a peck.

But you could look into her beak and watch her poop for some days, to make sure that she is not suffering from some kind of internal bleeding, often caused by rat/mice poison.

There is no poison down or rat/ mice issues

Yeah looking more like it. It really swelled up yesterday but settled today and bruising changing colours

No bubbling from the eye. And swelling has settled. Almost convinced it was from a nasty peck or injury some how
