I looked online and saw the flyer for it, but it was soooo small,i couldnt read what all exactly was on sale..

Another thing we are doing this year, within the family. Making sure everyone knows it's okay if they want to give a gift that involves work or a cord. For years the rule was that husbands couldn't give the wives a gift that had a cord (meaning work) and wives knew not to give their husband a gift that involved any of his chores around the house.

Well money is tight all over. Some needed things are being left unbought. I could really use a carpet shampooer. DH could really use some gun cleaning supplies. My stepdaughter needs a set of bakeware, her sister needs a gas card, etc.

So I am making the small gifts, mostly jewelry, but we have bought each other practical gifts as well. I can't clean my carpets with another piece of jewelry.

Nah, its for my SIL..she wants one from Santa.. $79 isnt bad at all...

I'm giving Keith a kindle for his December birthday. I still haven't bought him a gun cleaning rack. He keeps all these catalogs from places that sell such things in the bathroom. I'm not much of a bathroom reader, but I'm searching through them while I'm in there, trying to find the right one.
