These are Straight Black, no blue or other colors in the genes. This is the only color Jersey Giants i have here, and we wont be doing any other colors...thought i would mention that since in the past i have had some ask if i had blue. My original flock came from 5K Farm in Florida from hatching eggs...my outcross hens came from a breeder in Ohio, who shows his Black Jerseys. We combined the lines this Spring, to keep working on the quality and for some diversity. I am also open to trades, if anyone has Speckled Sussex, Coronation/Recessive Sussex, Buff Orps, Black Copper Maran, Blue Copper Maran, Blue Splash Marans, BlueWheaten Ameraucaunas, Welsummers.
