Black Laced Red Wyandotte Thread

I have a GLW.

Agnes is almost 7 weeks. I am just amazed at how beautiful they are. She isn't as friendly as my Black Australorp (Evelyn in the front), but will come for treats. She is just worried I might pick her up.

Gorgeous! They both look like mine at that age. Maybe once Anges nears laying age, she will outgrow that flightiness; my 3rd batch (out of 6 batches, isn't it horrible?

) of 15 who are now pullets have become super friendly.

I hope that happens with Mona.
Hopefully it will. Or, even if it doesn't, she could be like my Partridge Rock; she was terrified of me as a chick, however, more recently you could describe her as a chicken who is consistently the first to run to me but has doesn't like to be touched or held. Scarlett is content to talk to me and hang around my feet, but the moment I reach toward her, she shys away. I guess I'm fine with the way she is, because she's still friendly in her own way.
