Black Langshans, Blue (BBS) and Self Blue Silkies, Sumatras

I'm looking for the above breeds to buy as day old chicks. I know I can go to Ideal, or any of the hatcheries. But what about from individuals or breeders who will ship them? I am not sure what to do. Some of the hatcheries say they won't ship bantams and standards in the same shipment....some will though.

Wait...I thought they had reached their limit of orders for Langshans?

How do you find out if they reached there limit?

One of my friends ordered some chicks from them and got an email saying that they couldn't fill the order for his Langshans?

He ordered Blacks, Blues and Whites.

Thanks. I'll look them up too. What about anyone else for the Silkies and Sumatras?
I did love hatching eggs last summer, but I ended up with SO many Roos....I like the idea of buying them sexed if I can. So maybe I should go with a hatchery...at least they sex the Langshans and Sumatras.
Oh what to do?

I may have found a source for Splash Silkies (in later Feb) but are there any others who might have some Blue or Splash Silkies hatching sooner in February? close to NJ or Pa or willing to ship? What about eggs from yours? I could get out my incubator and try hatching some myself too. I bought some last year and I forget who they were from- but I hatched a few showgirls and a blue silkie from them. Too cute! I'll have to go back and look for who that was...
