Up for sale, my Black and Lavender flock.
Consisting of a Black trio( black hen shown) 2 Lavender roos, 4 lavender hens.
All are healthy and all the hens are laying. All have nice toes.
Really nice type, my starter quad came from Bren's in Texas

I will put a disclaimer on the black roo, He was really nice, till he got into it with one of the standard Barred rock boys, who pulled a good deal of his head and back feathers out.
My daughter and I are going to concentrate on only our whites, and since I lost my job the feed bill needs to go down some.
this is a great way to get into the Lav's they are nice birds, Hens would have really nice crests if the boys would leave them alone for a while. Too many birds, not enough pens and the food bill is the only reason they are going.
the lav's do have a black base, and the blacks are split to lavs..
I will not ship this many birds, and I want them all to go together. OR I will split them up into quads, or trios, but I WILL NOT sell just one bird, and ship. It is 90 out today, and by the time it is cool enough, I will be completely broke.
So PICK UP Only..
I am in Central Illinois, by Peoria.
They were all just tested for the fair, so everybody goes with a clean bill of health..
will be washed, toes trimmed.
