Black Poop

I have three nine week old pullets and one is pooping some really weird poop. It’s black - I saw one the other day, and thought it was cecal. But now I’m seeing more and more. They are all acting fine, eating and drinking too. Any ideas? I have no clue which one it is and haven’t seen any of them poop like this real-time.... The first ones were on boards that kind of dried.

If they are on dirt, one of them could be consuming alot of dirt.
