start building tody roosters pen .it is very large . got a lot done ,need to do the door and the roosting bars plus the run .

new project .new hens house . I have this old wooden shed in a middle of the bamboos forest I need to turn it inti good looking hens house .
very run down looking shed .was used to cure the bamboos .long long time ago for sure .

That is a real cool looking old building. We don’t grow bamboo over here in the Midwest USA. If I saw an old building like that over here it would be called a corn crib and used to dry corn. I’m glad to see it will get a new use as a hen house.

That looks great!!! So glad that you don't have predators that can get in there. Here our racoons will go right through chicken wire to get to our birds. They are vicious. Your Roosters are going to love that pen.

nikita my chooks gardian dog will be sleeping with them ,she will have her bed in a corner , she like to be with them , nothing will touch her babies . she already killed 2 foxes .
any way around here we have birds of pry and wild dogs .

Wow, that's great that you have a wonderful guardian dog to keep your chooks safe. She must be quite the dog to be able to kill a fox. I am glad that you have her.

she is very fast ad love to work ,the best dog ever .never had a dog like her before ,she is a cross between German shepherd and Kelpy .
here her photo always watching chooks ,she like roosters better ,she doesn t like when they start fighting .

Beautiful dogs. I have never heard of a Kelpy before. Your white dogs look like our Great Pyrenees dogs. Your guard dog looks like a shorter German Shepherd dog and is really pretty. He is very attentive to the birds which is great!

My sister had a kelpie many years ago, in Colorado. Very smart, very good escape artist.

Did you cover the marine board? I think it is a good choice but might not stand up to manure over time.
