Black runny stools

Have a chicken producing black runny stools. Treating all for coccidiosis. Anything else I should be doing?

Not sure what else you can do, hopefully the treatment will be effective if you are dealing with Coccidiosis.

Went to give last dose of meds and take pics and no black poop piles. Crossing my fingers!

Do you have any wood ash lying around that could have caused black droppings temporarily?

No. We did have a predator attack maybe 2 weeks ago. Maybe stress??

Hard to know. Droppings can be a lot of different colors, and either normal consistency or cecal droppings.
