They definitely get a bath. Any old shampoo I have on hand followed up by a vinegar rinse. Trim beaks and toenails. A few more drops of Frontline so they don't pick up any bugs from other birds. Couple drops of VetRX on the comb to shine that up. Spritz of horse ShowSheen on the butts and feet to keep poop from sticking. Then I take a comb through them to get out feather casings on crest and hackles. Quick blow dry to get any of those leftover feather casings off them. Always have lots of wet wipes and extra towels on hand the day of the show for last minute clean ups.
