Black spot on comb and molting?

I have attached a pic, not sure if I should be worried or this is normal? I live in NW North Carolina and we have had a massive amount of snow so far this year. She is not the alpha...Feathers missing around her neck...molting? Thanks in advance, I am the Biddie Newbie.

Frostbite?? Scab from being pecked by other chickens? Check and see if the black spot is a scab. If so, nothing to worry about.

No rooster, only one other coop mate-another hen of same age and type.

looks like she is molting, I see feathers growing back under her wattles
The black spot looks like a peck mark to me
