There is no cure for Fowl Pox.Supportive therapy is suggested.Clean Feeders and Waterers daily as well as the coop.You can apply Terramicyn Ointment to the scabs daily. Vitamins would be suggested also.You can buy poultry vitamins at a feed store or you can get liquid vitamins at a pharmacy such as Poly-vi-sol-Without Calcium.Lots of good threads on Fowl Pox here on BYC.

Yes, that is fowl pox. Most chickens do fine with the dry form unless the eyes are affected, and they cannot see to get to food and water. Leave the scabs alone, because removing them or disturbing can help spread the virus. The disease lasts around 2-3 weeks, requires no treatment unless your chicken is having trouble eating and drinking. The wet form inside the throat and upper GI tract can be much more deadly. Separating affected birds from others may help to contain the virus. There is a vaccine available. Here is some reading:
