Well, the good news is it doesn't look like my experience with Fowl Pox.

How's his environment and flock? How much space per bird? How many Roos per hen?
any recent stresses on the flock???

Believe we have 4 roos to 3 hens they are 21 wks old and their inclosure is about 20× 30 ft.

Plenty of space, too many roos per hen. Time to cull or re-home, I suspect the roos are fighting for dominance. Some of that is normal, but that's a small prize for so many birds to fight over.
