Black spots

I have a rooster/hen I say rooster/hen because we do not know what it is? It does not lay nor crow. The two roosters we do have go after it like a hen. However, it goes after a hen like a rooster. Anyway; it has black spots as well. After reading a couple posts I think its just from being grabbed by the known roosters lol

If you post a picture of the chicken and the comb someone may be able to tell you if the spots are peck marks and the gender. A whole body side shot of the chicken with a close up of the comb would be good.

Funny thing is, we really do not know the gender
