Black stuff on chicken face/What is it help

Every day i go out to the coop to let them out but one chicken keep getting these back dots on her face there is more by the days go on.It looks kinda like scabs but i don't know/Pics

Looks like bloody scabs from either being picked on, mosquito/fly bites, or fowl pox. Just guessing, though.
