Blackish spots. Are these mites or something to be concerned about.

That looks like it's part of her scale coloring. Perfectly normal. If it is new, sometimes things change. It's still normal.

looks like a bit of dirt and natural color no need to worry. If the scales start turning upward\raising it is signs of scaley mites, but her scales look perfectly normal in my opinion hope this helps!
