I'm not real sure. The rubberband would make that die and dry up and fall off I would think. If you get the sac to fall off and it returns it just looks like a skin thing, not like it would grow back on it's insides. But heck, you can try it if your are thinking of culling anyway. If this were to ever happen again at least you would know what to do.

Could it be alarge blister type thing. I would look at it and if it looks safe maybe trim the excess "skin" off the top and let the skin underneth dry. That what I would probably do, I don't like putting them down unless there is no chance. Good luck.
