This chicken is bleeding she was in the run but the run isn't cover from overhead predators so could it have been a hawk?

Can you describe the wound? Is it just a puncture wound? Or is the skin torn and is there a flap hanging?

A puncture wound can kill a chicken in as little as 24 hours without proper care. An oral antibiotic is necessary and should be started as soon as possible, tonight ideally.

Do you have any left over prescription antibiotics? It doesn't matter what kind. It should be started tonight. Also, the wound should have an antibacterial ointment to protect against new bacteria getting into it. The wound must be cleaned with soap and water every single day.
