Bleeding comb

Today I found my 16 week chickens bleeding from their comb. One is pretty bad. I am having trouble identifying where the other one is bleeding from. I do not know what to do, this is my first flock of chickens. I have them separated and I attempted to wash their combs with warm water and a rag. Is there anything else I can do or should be doing?

Are they only with other chickens their same age---looks liking pecked. What do you feel is hurting them------being you are there??
