Blind Chick

As you can see Owlet is ADORABLE!!!!!!!!!!
With her little Americauna cheeks.
I have seen a huge difference in her over the course of today. For the better. I love her so much!!!!

You can also feed her plain yogurt mixed with water using a dropper. Or, to make the feedings easier, you could mix starter crumble with water, and make it thin enough to go into the dropper. I would give her a few drops at a time. :)

She is SUPER adorable!!! I love my little Thalia soooo much too! I don't think I could ever Cull a chick, I would always try my hardest to save a 'lil life. :)

Whenever I feed Owlet she's like:
"Mum!! MUM!! Please mum don't make me eat!!!"
And I'm like:
"Please no yelling at the dinner table. Now eat or you won't grow!!"
And then she's like:
"I'm not a meat bird, I like being petite. Am I a meat bird?!"
And then she's like:
"Oh well. This is actually really good food. Tasty!"

Yah, me too. I am hoping that Owlet is going to become a house chicken. I need to dust off the ol' Sewing machine and sew some chicken diapers!!! LOL!

Awwww, that's awesome! I wish my parents would let me do that. One of these days, I want to hatch a single ducky that will be my best friend and follow me around. I have 11 six month old Welsh Harlequins that have just started laying, 5 six month old chickens that should be laying but aren't, 15 five week old chicks, and 2 five week old Pekin duckies. The thing about raising so many, is they bond to each other rather than a human, that's why I want to hatch 1 singley. :)

. My Thalia didn't like me putting stuff in her mouth either, but it saved her life. :)
