Bloated Puffy Peep

Update...We still have a puffy peep, and she does not seem to be growing as fast. Time will tell. She does keep up with the rest and is not being singled out.

Did your chicks get vaccinated? If so looks like maybe an abcess from the vaccination spot or a reaction from such. I would hot pack the back of her neck, see if it comes to a head etc. May need antibiotics etc. Look for a spot there....Good Luck

I was trying to remember what my Giants looked like when they were that age.

They certainly were much larger than the others including the Orps.

I suspect things are likely fine if it is walking, talking, eating, and pooping.
