Blockage In Crop

Hello all,

I have a roughly 1 year old chicken who appears to have pendulous crop the crop is jutting forward. She keeps making jerking movements with her head like she is trying to flex or move something in her crop. In the morning, I felt the crop and it is full of water and not empty. I don't feel anything hard there, it's just full of a lot of water. It's not super hard like a balloon, but she is clearly uncomfortable and not doing well.

What can I do to help her ?
