Blood in duck poop

Hey guys today I was in my ducks coop and I saw this.. blood in the stool and just blood on the wood, so my question is I guess what could it be? I haven’t been getting as many eggs the past 3 days so maybe egg bound but they’re poop has been looking weird like diarrhea. So I’m thinking maybe being sick is just causing less eggs. They all seem to be acting normal though which is the weird thing.

Also, they have a mulberry tree in their run and the mulberries have been falling since they’re ripe. Could that be the cause?
