I’ve never had a bloody egg like this. Are they safe to eat when they have blood and should I be worried??

Safe, but might be unappetizing.
Can happen on occasion.
Some bird can always have blood or meat spots, not necessarily a health issue.
Blood spots are from a blood vessel breaking when ova is released from follicle.
Meat spots are from a tiny piece of tissue breaking loose from the reproductive tract.
