What is the dosage for liquid Corid if I don't have the ability to measure CCs?

I had a baby Tylenol one that hadn't been used yet. I've put down the water but my gosh it looks awful in there. It's like a murder scene, and I can't catch who's doing it because they keep pooping when they are all huddled. They all went to the water on their own when I put it in and drank so at least there's that. But there are a couple who seem wobbly, one has a constant shiver of its tail feathers and one is jerking its head weird. They were fine, or acting like it, when I left to go pick up the Corid. They went downhill so fast. I'm going to be heartbroken if after two months I lose all of them.

There isnt any ammonia in Pine Sol.

They are in the heated garage with a heat lamp. My MIL brought over some Parsons Ammonia.
