blood in poop

I have six 3 month old bantam Ameraucana chickens this is my first time having chickens. This morning when I went to let them out of the coop I noticed under the roost that there was some poop with some blood. all the poop looks normal even the poop with the blood. I wonder if this could be coccidiosis and if it is what would be the best treatment. I would really appreciate any help I could get
