Blood? In poop.

I just found this on my 13 day old chicks rear end. I originally thought blood, but it looks more tissuey. She are her first two small worms today, and has had grit in good for about a week. Please help. No feed stores are open until tomorrow.

The majority of chick poop should look the same, nice and firm with a white cap like the one pictured. If it doesn't, I would guess that the chick had coccidiosis, but would need to see more poop sample to be sure.
